Once a user has accumulated enough LVR Points, they can request the rewards made available by the LVR Privilege program.
Rewards can be of various types:
- LVR Coupon
- Privilege Card
- Luxury Experience
- Free Shipping (currently unavailable)

LVR Coupon
LVR Coupons can be used as a discount on a future purchase. The discount is applied proportionally to the eligible items included in the order.
LVR Privilege members will receive their LVR Coupon code by email, which will be valid only for their account for 3 months.
LVR Coupon PLUS can only be requested once every 3 months, even in the event of a cancelled or returned order.
To use an LVR Coupon as a discount on a purchase, enter the code in the 'Gift Card/Store Credit' field at checkout and click 'Apply'.
LVR Coupons can only be used to purchase full-price items. They cannot be used to purchase discounted, promotional, or pre-order items. LVR Coupons cannot be combined with other LVR Coupons, Virtual Gift Cards, Store Credit, or other credits.
An LVR Coupon can only be used once on a single order. If a return is made for an order in which an LVR Coupon was used, the LVR Points will be re-credited. The amount of points re-credited will be directly proportional to the original order and the number of items returned.
FFW S.r.l. reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of any LVR Coupon and/or add exclusions.
If an LVR Privilege member wishes to gift their LVR Coupon after receiving the confirmation email, they can contact our Customer Service through the contact form.
Below are the LVR Coupon amounts and the related minimum order values, excluding shipping costs, for the use of each LVR Coupon. All values refer to the billing currency for the shipping country selected at the time the reward is requested: €/$/GBP/AUD. Once the reward has been requested, the currency cannot be changed. The amounts shown in the table may not all be available at this time.

Free Shipping

The "Free Shipping" reward can be redeemed using LVR Points.
Once the request has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent.
The reward is valid for all shipping countries, but only for the default shipping method selected.
The reward is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of the request.
Free shipping applies only to purchases made with the account from which the reward was requested. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Privilege Card
The "Privilege Card" reward is a percentage discount to be used on full-price items, and can be redeemed using LVR Points.
LVR Privilege members will receive their exclusive Promo Code by email, which will be valid for 6 months from the date it is sent.
The "Privilege Card" discount percentage is valid exclusively on full-price items. The following brands are excluded from the promotion: Autry, Golden Goose, Moncler, Moncler Genius, Moncler Grenoble, Nike, Stone Island, Valentino, Valentino Garavani. Further exclusions may apply.
To use the Privilege Card, enter the code from the confirmation email in the 'Promo Code' field at checkout and click 'Apply'.
FFW S.r.l. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and/or add exclusions.
Use of this reward will void any refund request from partner websites.
Luxury Experience
Each reward in the Luxury Experience section is subject to specific terms and conditions, which can be viewed on the individual Luxury Experience page for as long as it remains online. For Luxury Experiences already requested, this information can be found in the "Your Rewards" section. The following terms and conditions apply to all Luxury Experiences:
- Luxury Experiences are personal and non-transferable; they cannot be gifted to other people.
- Once the voucher required to make the booking has been received, it will no longer be possible to cancel the reward request or ask for the points to be re-credited.
- FFW S.r.l. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Luxury Experiences.
Note: in the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or difference in interpretation between the English version and any other language version of this publication, the English version shall prevail.
