LUISAVIAROMA - FFW dispatches items worldwide using DHL however LUISAVIAROMA - FFW does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
European Countries
Shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout and depends on the method, shipping country and items to be purchased.
Shipments to EU countries do not contain invoices or any other documents indicating value of items.
Non-European Countries
Shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout and depends on the method, shipping country and items to be purchased.
As required by customs regulations, shipments to non-EU countries are accompanied by invoices indicating the value of items.
The customs clearance process and fees vary by country, for more information please check the official customs’ website in your shipping country for updated, specific information.
Non-EU countries' prices are exempt from VAT.
Prices do not include import duties that must be paid by recipients at the time of delivery.
If a broker is required, customers must appoint one themselves and are responsible for the relative costs and customs clearance fees.
Should parcels not be successfully delivered to a customer’s address through fault of the customer (such as but not limited to: incorrect telephone number, incorrect address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per LVR S.r.l. - FFW S.r.l. commercial agreement, parcels might risk being returned to sender at the customer’s expense. In such a case shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from any possible refund to customers.
Delivery Times
LUISAVIAROMA - FFW ships worldwide using the courier DHL.
Orders will be dispatched in 5 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing may take longer.
We remind our new customers that LUISAVIAROMA - FFW may request a third-party supplier acting as an independent Data Controller to verify the transaction. Such process might potentially cause delays in shipping.
LUISAVIAROMA - FFW also reserves the right to dispatch ordered items only to the Billing Address provided by customers.
If an order includes items that come from multiple warehouses of origin, the order will be shipped in a singular shipment, which may cause the delivery time to be longer than standard.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
USA : 1-2 business days, according to the final destination
Canada: 1-3 business days, according to the final destination
Europe – European Union – Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days, according to the final destination
Europe – European Union – Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for main destinations / 2-3 business days for remote areas
Europe – Non-European Union – Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for main destinations / 2-3 business days for remote areas
United Kingdom – Express Shipping: 1-2 business days for major cities / 2-3 business days for remote areas
Latin America: 3-4 business days
Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 business days
Australia and Oceania: 4-7 business days for main destinations / 6-9 business days for remote areas
Africa: 2-4 business days
LVR S.r.l. - FFW S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond LVR S.r.l. - FFW S.r.l.’s control.

Shipment Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email from LUISAVIAROMA - FFW specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays due to customs offices, customers will be directly notified by the courier and/or LUISAVIAROMA - FFW.
Shipment Documents for Exotic Pelts
Shipments from LUISAVIAROMA that contain an item made with exotic pelts, endangered animals or plants, or any other material included in the Washington Convention, destined outside of the European Union by law require an extra document called C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).
This document acts as a passport for the item and explains that the item comes from an animal that was either farm raised or caught in the wild specifically for commerce. For more information please see: www.cites.org.
In Italy the documents are issued by Corpo Forestale dello Stato, the Italian C.I.T.E.S. Management Authority, and normally take 14 days to be processed, but unforeseen delays are possible
The merchandise will be shipped as soon as all necessary documentation has been received.
In some cases, the Customs office of the final destination may ask the Client to provide an import license in order to allow the merchandise to be cleared by Customs. This import license must be requested and obtained by the Client from the designated C.I.T.E.S. Management Authority in their country, before the merchandise is shipped.
Any costs involved in the process of obtaining the license are the Client's responsibility and are non-refundable.
