European Countries

Online published prices, receipts and invoices are quoted in Euro (€/EUR)

A receipt will only be issued for orders shipped to Italy.

You may only request an invoice upon purchase. Customers are required to provide a billing address and tax details in order to receive an invoice for their purchases.
Due to above restrictions any invoice requests made AFTER a purchase has been completed cannot be processed.

Item prices and shipping costs indicated on the website are those that are applied when the order is placed. In accordance with the applicable law in force (Legislative Decree No. 26/2023), all communications referencing price reductions indicate the lowest applicable price in the 30 (thirty) days prior to the price reduction being put into effect.

Non-European Countries

Online published prices and invoices are quoted in one of the following currencies depending on the shipping country: Euro (€/EUR), Pound Sterling (£/GBP), US Dollars ($/USD), Yuan (¥ /CNY), or Canadian Dollars (C$/CAD).

Where applicable, sales taxes are calculated at checkout and will be collected and paid by LUISAVIAROMA. If specific taxes are not collected at the time of checkout, then they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Note that for some US States where LUISAVIAROMA can neither collect nor pay use tax or sales tax on customers' behalf, at the end of the year U.S. State Authorities may require American citizens to pay these taxes for online purchases.
LUISAVIAROMA shall under no circumstances be held responsible for these taxes.

The website LUISAVIAROMA recommends customers to contact their bank in order to receive an accurate price conversion as well as to be aware of any bank commissions related to their transactions.

Promo Codes

Customers who have received a promo code for LUISAVIAROMA - FFW either by newsletter, through social networks or on approved promotional websites, may enter this code during checkout. Each code has a validity, start and end date and the time limit cannot be extended.
