In this section, the terms and conditions that apply to the LVR Privilege loyalty program are established. By participating in LVR Privilege, the user accepts and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions listed below. LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A., with registered office at Via Benedetto Varchi, 61 – 50132, Florence, Italy, creator and promoter of the activities available on LUISAVIAROMA and the LVR Privilege service, reserves the right to use the personal data voluntarily provided by the user, in compliance with applicable regulations (Art. 13 et seq. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council). These terms and conditions supplement the legal terms and the cookie policy published on LUISAVIAROMA.
When registering on LUISAVIAROMA, users can choose to join LVR Privilege by selecting the appropriate flag.
To access the program, it is necessary to be logged in to the website. The created account, related rewards, and LVR Points are personal and non-transferable.
It is possible to cancel membership in LVR Privilege at any time by clicking here. Once the service is canceled, the customer will no longer be able to use accumulated LVR Points or redeem them in any way.
LVR Privilege is a benefit provided to LUISAVIAROMA users and, as such, can be suspended, revoked, or canceled at any time by LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A., for any reason or no reason at all. In case of termination of the service by the user, all program benefits, including accumulated points (LVR Points) and other perks, will be automatically and immediately lost. In case of user cancellation or termination of LVR Privilege by the company, LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. assumes no responsibility for unused LVR Points or loss of other program benefits.
If the user previously chose not to receive communications from LUISAVIAROMA, they will not receive communications related to LVR Privilege. It is possible to register or reactivate email communications by logging into LUISAVIAROMA and selecting the option Subscribe to our newsletter, by clicking here.
Users can choose not to receive communications related to LVR Privilege while continuing to participate in the program.
Levels
When a user joins the LVR Privilege program, they acquire Bronze level status. By accumulating LVR Points, it is possible to access higher levels (Silver, Gold, and Platinum) and their associated benefits. Level benefits may vary at any time and may be communicated only via newsletter or other communication channels.
- Bronze Level: 1–699 LVR Points
- Silver Level: 700–2499 LVR Points
- Gold Level: 2500–4999 LVR Points
- Platinum Level: 5000+ LVR Points
Levels do not expire. Once a user has earned the LVR Points required to reach a higher level, they will maintain the achieved status even if LVR Points are later used or expire.
Validity of LVR Points
Confirmed LVR Points are valid for 12 months: they will expire on the last day of the month of the validity period. When requesting a reward, points with the nearest expiration date will be deducted first. Example: Order placed on March 12, 2022. Points confirmed on April 15, 2022. Points valid until April 30, 2023.
How to earn LVR Points
Upon registration for the LVR Privilege program, users immediately earn 10 LVR Points. Subsequently, points can be earned in the following ways:

- Following LUISAVIAROMA on Instagram

- Rating the LUISAVIAROMA app
- Completing your customer profile
- Making a purchase with your LUISAVIAROMA gift card obtained through the LUISAVIAROMA x Vestiaire Collective resale service – “Conscious Consumer”
And in any other way indicated in the Earn LVR Points section.
Online purchases on LUISAVIAROMA
Full-price items: 1 LVR Point per 1€/$/GBP/AUD
Non-full-price items: 0.5 LVR Points per 1€/$/GBP/AUD
Points are calculated at the item level. If the number of LVR Points earned for an item includes decimals, only the integer part will be credited. Example: A customer buys 2 full-price items: one for €299.99 and one for €150.50. Total LVR Points credited will be 299+150=449.
For international versions of the site where products are purchased in currencies other than €/EUR, points are earned based on the numerical value of the billing currency, $, AUD, and £; therefore, for full-price items: 1 € = 1 LVR Point, 1 $ = 1 LVR Point, 1 AUD = 1 LVR Point, 1 GBP = 1 LVR Point. For non-full-price items: 1 € = 0.5 LVR Points, 1 $ = 0.5 LVR Points, 1 AUD = 0.5 LVR Points, 1 GBP = 0.5 LVR Points.
The number of LVR Points awarded is based on the numerical value of the billing currency; if the billing currency changes due to a different shipping country, the number of LVR Points will also change. For example, if an order shipped to Italy for €100 is changed to the United States, the value will be modified to $90, changing the number of LVR Points from 100 to 90.
If an LVR Coupon or Virtual Gift Card is used, their value will be deducted from the total points earned for the items in the order. Example: The customer buys a non-full-price item worth €300, corresponding to 150 LVR Points. An LVR Coupon of €100 is applied. The customer pays €200 but earns 50 LVR Points, because the 100 LVR Points corresponding to the LVR Coupon are deducted from the total points (which were 150 LVR Points).
In-store purchases at LUISAVIAROMA
For purchases made at LUISAVIAROMA stores on Via Roma and Via Pellico in Florence, the number of LVR Points credited is always 1 LVR Point per 1€/EUR (euro), for both full-price and non-full-price items.
Sharing products on social networks
You can earn 10 LVR Points for sharing items on Facebook. You must be logged in with your account from the desired browser and click the specific icon within the product page. Points can be earned from shares at most once every 7 days. Sharing items on Facebook via the LVR App does not earn LVR Points.
Following LUISAVIAROMA on Instagram
You can earn 10 LVR Points by following the LUISAVIAROMA Instagram profile. To receive these points, the action must be performed through the dedicated tab on the Earn LVR Points page. Points will appear immediately in the Your Activities section.
Following LUISAVIAROMA on TikTok
You can earn 10 LVR Points by following the LUISAVIAROMA TikTok profile. To receive these points, the action must be performed through the dedicated tab on the Earn LVR Points page. Points will appear immediately in the Your Activities section.
Following LUISAVIAROMA on Pinterest

Leaving a review for LUISAVIAROMA on Trustpilot
You can earn 10 LVR Points by leaving a review for LUISAVIAROMA on Trustpilot. To receive these points, the action must be performed through the dedicated tab on the Earn LVR Points page. Points will appear immediately in the Your Activities section.
Downloading the LUISAVIAROMA app
You can earn 10 LVR Points by downloading the iOS or Android version of the LUISAVIAROMA app. To receive these points, the action must be performed through the dedicated tab on the Earn LVR Points page. Points will appear immediately in the Your Activities section.
Rating the LUISAVIAROMA app
You can earn 10 LVR Points by leaving a review for the LUISAVIAROMA app on the App Store or Play Store. To receive these points, the action must be performed through the dedicated tab on the Earn LVR Points page. Points will appear immediately in the Your Activities section.
Completing the customer profile
You can earn 100 LVR Points by completing your profile in the Shopping and Account Preferences section in My Area. Information required to recognize the profile as completed includes: First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Language, Gender, Country of Residence, Clothing Size Nationality, Clothing Size, Shoe Size Nationality, Shoe Size, Preferred Colors, Preferred Brands, Categories.
Making a purchase with your resale service gift card – “Conscious Consumer”
You can earn 250 LVR Points by making a purchase with the LUISAVIAROMA gift card obtained through the LUISAVIAROMA x Vestiaire Collective resale service. To receive LVR Points, the same LUISAVIAROMA account must be used for both the resale service and the purchase with the LUISAVIAROMA gift card. Points can be credited more than once per “Conscious Consumer”. Points will be added to your account at the time of purchase.
Pending LVR Points
LVR Points from purchases are confirmed within 45 days, once the return period is completed.
LVR Points from in-store purchases will not appear in the Your Activities section until confirmed.
LVR Points from online purchases will appear as pending in the Your Activities section (may not be immediate).
If one or more items from the order are returned, the LVR Points corresponding to each returned item will be deducted from the total points earned. For more information, see the Returns section. If requesting an exchange for size/color, LVR Points will remain pending and will be credited within 45 days after the exchange.
If a pre-order item is purchased, LVR Points will remain pending until the goods are delivered to the recipient and the return period has passed. For orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, all points are awarded when points for pre-order items can also be credited.
Using LVR Points
Once a user has accumulated enough LVR Points, they can request the rewards offered by the LVR Privilege program. Rewards can be of various types:

- Privilege Card
- Luxury Experience
- Free Shipping (currently unavailable)

LVR Coupon
LVR Coupon is a discount that can be used for a future purchase. The discount is applied proportionally to eligible items in the order. LUISAVIAROMA offers LVR Coupons of various amounts. Conditions are specified on the dedicated page Reward Terms and Conditions.
Privilege Card
Percentage discount valid for 6 months to be spent on the LUISAVIAROMA website. Conditions are specified on the dedicated page Reward Terms and Conditions.
Luxury Experience
Exclusive experiences provided by LUISAVIAROMA partners. Each reward listed in the Luxury Experience section is subject to specific terms and conditions available on the individual Luxury Experience page while online. Free Shipping

General information
LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. is the promoter of the LVR Privilege loyalty program. The program and related benefits are null where prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law. LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. assumes no responsibility for users who violate laws or regulations of their State or Country while participating in the program. User participation is subject to current and future rules of the loyalty program. Participation is valid only on LUISAVIAROMA, and LVR Points can be used only on LUISAVIAROMA.
It is not necessary to make a purchase to register for LVR Privilege. To start earning and accumulating LVR Points, the user must be registered on LUISAVIAROMA with a valid username and password.
By registering for LVR Privilege, the user agrees to comply with the program’s terms of use and consents to LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. collecting and using personal data voluntarily provided and data collected from activities performed within LVR Privilege. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
The data controller of the data collected through the website is LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A.
All collected data will be processed at the controller’s registered office, except as specified in the Privacy Policy.
The controller processes personal data using appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of personal data.
Personal data voluntarily provided by the user is not collected to be associated with identified individuals but may, by nature, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow user identification.
Besides the controller, in some cases, categories of personnel involved in website organization or external parties may access personal data.
Commercial use (e.g., purchasing products for resale) of LVR Privilege is strictly prohibited and will be considered abuse. LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine whether a purchase was made for commercial purposes.
Right of admission and membership
LVR Privilege may be used by users who are 18 years or older at the date of their first registration on LUISAVIAROMA.
LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. reserves the right to modify, revoke, or cancel participation in LVR Privilege, without notice, for anyone who, at the company’s discretion, violates the program’s terms and conditions of use. The company also reserves the right to revoke LVR Points, at its discretion, for any type of abuse committed by users.
Limitation of liability
By joining LVR Privilege, the user releases LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. and its affiliated or employee companies from any liability for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising from or connected to the use of the loyalty program or the use of assigned points. LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. assumes no responsibility for issues due to malfunction of connection devices, network, hardware or software, Internet, the provider, data traffic congestion, or unauthorized human interventions. Users must accept the terms and conditions of this notice and are required to periodically visit these pages to stay informed about updates, modifications, and corrections to these terms and conditions of use.
LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions contained in this legal notice, if necessary, without prior notice.
Program changes
LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of LVR Privilege and to cancel or revoke the program at any time, without notice and without further obligations to users, including changes to the rules regarding the earning of LVR Points, their value, and their validity.
Note: In case of inconsistencies, discrepancies, or differences in interpretation between the English version and any other language version of this publication, the English version shall prevail.
