Virtual Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively online on the website LUISAVIAROMA.
The validity of the Virtual Gift Card is 12 (twelve) months from the date of the confirmation email. Virtual Gift Cards may be used for one or more orders and also for orders with a value higher than the available amount on the Virtual Gift Card.
Purchases made using a Virtual Gift Card must be in the same currency in which the card was issued. Currency exchanges will not be available after purchase.
A Virtual Gift Card code will be sent to the owner of the email address entered in the form when the Virtual Gift Card was purchased and only this individual will be entitled to use the Virtual Gift Card. LUISAVIAROMA shall not be held responsible if a Virtual Gift Cards is sent to an incorrect or incomplete email address provided by the purchaser.
The Virtual Gift Card will be sent within 2 (two) hours of the payment confirmation. For the Virtual Gift Card to arrive within this timeframe, the purchase must be made with an immediate payment method, such as a credit card. Virtual Gift Cards purchased using bank wire transfers will be sent to the recipient after payment has been received by LUISAVIAROMA.
Only one Virtual Gift Card code can be used at a time and may not be used in conjunction with any other credit codes.
A Virtual Gift Card may not be used to purchase another Virtual Gift Card and is not redeemable for cash or store credit. Customers may request a refund of a Virtual Gift Card, if not used, within 14 (fourteen) days of its purchase.
LVR Points will not be awarded for the amount of LVR Credit or Virtual Gift Card used at checkout.
Orders placed using Virtual Gift Cards may be returned. The amount of returned items will be credited back to the Virtual Gift Card. Orders placed with a Virtual Gift Card are subject to standard commercial terms and privacy policies on the website LUISAVIAROMA.
LUISAVIAROMA reserves the right to refuse orders placed with Virtual Gift Cards that may be invalid, fraudulent or if they show sign of a code duplication.
Note: In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy or divergences of interpretation between the English version and any other language versions of this publication, the English language version shall prevail.
