LUISAVIAROMA shall not be held responsible for any possible discrepancy between the colors of the items displayed on the website and the original ones, due to a particular setting of the device or computer used by the customer or a system failure.

Images displayed on LUISAVIAROMA are the exclusive property of LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. and any unauthorized use of these images without prior written consent of LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. is forbidden and shall be prosecuted.

Brands may make alterations during the manufacturing phase or even elect to opt out of manufacturing.
In the event that a pre-order item is no longer manufactured by the brand, or should any discrepancies exist between the items displayed in the images on the website at the time customers placed their pre-order and the items available in-stock (when such discrepancies are documented by  LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A.) LUISAVIAROMA shall inform customers in order to obtain express consent and either proceed with shipment or cancel the order for a refund.
