Inspired by their travels around the world and their lifetime of experience in fashion, Brighdie Grounds and Dorothy Day founded Dos Gardenias in 2017. The design duo set out to create a chic swimwear line that would stand alone in the swim market. Indeed, Dos Gardenias’ swimsuits fit like no other, with attention given to every detail from implementing shelf bras to creating exclusive and innovative hardware. Wanting the brand to constantly be evolving for the better, Grounds and Day are committed to reducing the company’s carbon footprint. The collections are fully sustainable, produced locally in Los Angeles and made with earth-conscious fabrics from Italy and Japan. Dos Gardenias’ packaging is also made of recycled plastics. It is the brand’s pledge to continue to explore innovative solutions in efforts to further reduce their environmental impact.
