The Sneakers Club Raffle offers members the chance to purchase their preferred pair of exclusive sneakers, through a random draw that gives all participating members an equal chance of winning.

1. To participate in the Raffle, users must be subscribed to LUISAVIAROMA. The account in which users are subscribed is personal and non-transferable.
2. While the Raffle is open, in order to participate users must be logged into their account in which they are subscribed and access this page: https://www.luisaviaroma.com/sneakers-club
3. Participation in the Raffle is limited to one pair of sneakers per account per model. Once the participation form has been confirmed it cannot be changed. Participation is non-transferable to another account.
4. Raffle participation page will be open for a limited period of time and the deadline will be indicated on the page itself, after which it will no longer be possible to participate.
5. The random draw will be held within 72 (seventy-two) hours of the Raffle closing. After which, participants will be informed via email.
6. Winners will receive an order confirmation and the pre-authorized amount will be automatically deducted from their credit card. Relevant orders are subject to all Terms and Conditions of this website LUISAVIAROMA.
7. It is not possible to cancel a participation request from a raffle that is in progress: once completed, in the event of a win, the pre-authorized order will be automatically deducted from the credit card used.
8. Abuse and breaches in the system will result in users being cancelled or disqualified from future events. LUISAVIAROMA reserves the right to cancel winning entries if LUISAVIAROMA discretionally deems that such entries have perpetrated an abuse during the Raffle.
9. LUISA VIA ROMA S.p.A. reserves the right to amend any or all of terms of the Sneakers Club Raffle, to amend the terms and conditions, or to terminate a Raffle, at any time without notice and without further obligations to users.
