As accomplished academics, Merve and Beste Manistir’s path to founding MANU Atelier was an exciting journey of styling, study and travel. Growing up, they were exposed to the raw talent of their father, one of Turkey’s oldest artisans, who created leather goods by hand at his atelier in Istanbul. From a young age, he taught them the importance of craftsmanship, heavily influencing their destiny.
