Italian born Ilaria Sonicini always had a deep love for hats. At the age of 22, living in Berlin as a costume designer, she decided to move to Milan and study fashion design. In 2013, she launched her own label with the clear intention to breath freshness and rigor in every aspect of the collection, combining feminine and androgynous aesthetics for overall appeal. In addition to working on her own line of hats, the designer also works on hats for some of the top designers in the business and continues to design for the Scala Theater.
