The “Holiday Game” initiative is open to all LUISAVIAROMA PRIVILEGE members.
The game will run from December 2, 2019 to December 20, 2019.
Prizes consist of LVR Points that can be redeemed for rewards available through LUISAVIAROMA PRIVILEGE and a final prize of a gift card of 5,000 €/$/£/AUD.
LVR Points awarded as prizes will be available for use approximately 2 business days after they are won and will be valid for 12 months from the date of the confirmation email.

Each calendar day, from 00:00 to 23.59 (GMT+1), a computer software program will randomly choose winners, giving all participants the same chance of winning.
The winners will immediately see a message on the screen informing them of their winnings and will receive a notification email – approximately 2 working days after winning – at the address associated with the registration.

Each LVR Privilege member has 2 attempts per week.
On Monday December 9, 2019 and Monday December 16, 2019 at 00:00 (GMT + 1) the number of attempts available for each user will be reset to 2, thus allowing members to participate again. Unused attempts for each week cannot be combined.

Friday, December 20, 2019, there will be the draw for the grand prize of a gift card of 5,000 €/$/£/AUD among all those who have played from Monday December 2nd to Thursday Decemeber 19, 2019. The gift card can only be spent on LUISAVIAROMA.COM for the purchase of any item, including those marked with a star (★). The gift card will be valid only with the account with which it was won and cannot be used together with other promotional codes. The gift card can be used in one or more transactions and will expire on 12/31/2020.

The winner cannot contest the prize awarded, nor can he claim the corresponding value in cash for any reason.
Participation in this prize event entails for the participant to acknowledge unconditional and total acceptance of the rules and clauses contained in these regulations without any limitation.
Users who, according to the unquestionable judgment of LUISA VIA ROMA SpA, participate with means and instruments capable of evading the uncertainty, or in any case judged in a suspicious, fraudulent manner, or in violation of the normal course of the initiative, will be excluded from participation and will not be able to enjoy any prize won. Those who maintain a relationship of collaboration, work for and / or dependence with the sponsoring company are excluded from participation.
