La Bouche Rouge is turning the beauty industry on its head, shaking up traditional processing and packaging to create the world’s first refillable vegan lipsticks. Concerned that the cosmetics industry is the second largest environmental polluter, and that 83% of Earth’s water is filled with plastic, Nicolas Gerlier and Creative Director Ezra Petronio came up with the idea for beautifully made, long-lasting leather and vegan cases to hold their collection of nourishing, colour-rich lipsticks. Each one formulated without beeswax, animal fat, parabens or paraffin, the cruelty-free range covers explosive reds, playful pinks and fail-safe neutrals for every skin tone, leaving you confident in the knowledge that beauty and responsibility can go hand in hand
