New York based duo Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez are yet another set of fashion school dropouts who have gone on to great things. Taking their mother's maiden names and a wealth of talent McCollough and Hernandez left Parsons School of Design to set up Proenza Schouler. Launching in 2002 by mixing downtown cool with skilled tailoring and highly coveted accessories, Proenza Schouler is without a doubt a mega-brand in the making.
