Since his appointment in 2005 Tisci has breathed new life into the once dormant establishment, making it one of the most coveted fashion houses currently in operation. However, The House of Givenchy has been around since the 1950's when French aristocrat, Hubert de Givenchy founded it and became known for designing many styles for actresses, notably Audrey Hepburn's personal and professional use.
